Overall this brand has been _relatively_ reliable; We buy some and reserve our toner storage space for a couple of working HP printers. Compared to other 3rd party toner brands I find these guys quite reliable. Unfortunately, one of the four cartridges ran out in the last two orders (i.e. an average of 2 cartridges for 8 ordered). We currently have at least one magenta and one yellow toner that needs cleaning and a defective cartridge that needs to be replaced. Since it's outside the 15 day window I'm stuck with defective cartridges. but compared to other aftermarket toner suppliers, I would rate the reliability of these GPC branded toner cartridges as *above average* for the aftermarket but below average compared to genuine HP OEMs. Of course, again, that's literally 1/4 the price. So in a sense, there is a slight drop in quality for a HUGE increase in cost. YMMV!TL;DR - cartridges generally work well, we've been using them for 2 years now and the reject rate is average although (unfortunately) it's been consistently 20% on recent orders.
