Great platform to use, easy and straightforward

GradAR does not have any downsides that I can see right now (but this could change over time). It's very user friendly for non techies like me! The support team are always willing help you out when needed; they're fast at responding too issues so it really makes using their product enjoyable as well! If there was anything i didn't enjoy about GRAD AR its probably because we haven'e used all of them features yet but hopefully in future updates will be made with more options or enhancements…

  • A great experience working directly through client management interface instead managing your account remotely via web ui etc

Overall best Applicant tracking system

I like that it's user friendly; we can create our own questions for each position so there are no limits! It was very time consuming when creating surveys but once you get used with using this tool your survey creation will be much quicker than other tools out in market place today - just make sure all of them have question templates or else go through some tutorials online as they do not come pre set up by default (we had trouble getting certain types working). We were able solve many problems

  • Survey format is good because users don't need special training before writing their answers unlike traditional ones where employees may require specific instruction such has being told how specifically ask/respond.
  • The platform enables easy updating, tracking progress &amp change management at any stage along process egs

  • There are disadvantages

GradAR offers an efficient way of evaluating potential candidates for any role within my client's portfolio/practice area! It saves me time in sourcing suitable profiles that fit requirements perfectly with very little effort required from myself or colleagues I have worked alongside before (in terms of searching). The layout can be seen as 'dated' but this does not detract too much considering it has helped us deliver great returns over many years now - so worth persevering :) My main concern…

Great option, easy implementation and very helpful support staff

I like that there are so many options for candidates in regards to pay ranges! It's great how customizable it can be depending upon what you're looking at or where your hiring needs lie. Also love all of their analytics as well - they do provide excellent data if used correctly!! We have been using Gradar since 2012 with good results. Honestly nothing major but we've noticed more companies coming onto board lately instead of just continuing along same path. There were some issues when first…
