With its pros: Good budget device. Lots of setup info. Wide range of features. It is very quickly integrated into the system according to the principle "connected - entered 3 parameters - it works" With its cons: At the first call after loading the device, the firmware is a little "stupid", then it works fine

The Grandstream refurbished phone is a great addition for any small business .Based on our own experience, the setup is easy and quick, the audio quality is clear and it comes with useful features such as call waiting and caller ID. The sleek design also adds a professional touch to the office. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a headset, but that's easily fixable. Overall a reliable AND efficient office phone at a great value..
