The machine came with a broken/disconnected heating pad release handle (poor welds fell off). Additionally, the instruction manual that came with it was not specific to the boxed model (the agitator assembly that was received was different than the one listed in the manual). The item has been returned.

Kind of small bowl, oil difficult to pour, small space. The light doesn't get very hot. But I still like the color. It matches my decor in my pool room. It fits perfectly on my water cooler. Reusable popcorn cups will smudge if popcorn oil gets on them, but they can be washed with soap and water. I don't get it, but overall a good product. Kind of expensive.

Great product I got for my boys as I recently gave the family a projector and screen. All we needed was a popcorn maker. My boys love it 👌 I don't know what all the bad reviews are about here. But for us it works fine and if something happens Revain will solve the problem. But we are happy and got it for a great price 🤗 Love you Revain Rock! This popcorn maker is amazing! It is ideal for a family of 4. It prepares multiple batches of popcorn in just a few minutes. Very easy to use (instructions are on the door) and the popcorn tastes great. I've used both spice kernels and butter popcorn packets in one, and also used just butter and kernels. Popcorn is pretty easy to make with my new popcorn maker. Its popcorn performance is what I expected after buying my nephew a smaller unit years ago. You can prepare a batch equivalent to 1-1.5 bags of microwave popcorn in minutes. The cleaning time is also quite fast. I usually just take the pan out of the car and give it a quick wipe with a paper towel. I have always roasted corn in a cast iron skillet, which is quite difficult on electric burners or gas grills and not possible on new glass top stoves.
