🔋 Optimized Super Large Controller Case for Electric Bike, Scooter & Bicycle Conversion – Electric Motor Controller Box Review

This is a very nice box but too small for my 1000 watt motor controller. The dimensions made me think it would work, but the interior space is hampered by the elements that the screws attach to. However, I'll keep it to myself as I'm sure I'll find a use for it one day. This is a suitcase that attaches to a pole when needed!

Could be better it doesn't have mounting holes inside or anyway to protect the motor controller from bouncing while moving. I had to use a drill to make the mounting holes for my controller also doesn't seem very waterproof or water resistant but a rubber grommet can easily be added to make it more water resistant. I also added a rubber grommet where the wires exit.

I wanted to mount a 13S 5p battery. This is how I maximized the space. I had to cut off some of the plastic fins to fit my BMS. It's still too tight, but it works. I think it would be better to build a smaller 13x4p package instead. FYI I forgot to attach it to the bike and it detached from the bike after riding on the bumpy terrain.
