I received this drill and used it the same day I received it. A few minutes later I smelled burnt and heard a pop and it stopped working. I hear something dangling when I shake it. Very disappointed

Overall this is a good file at a low price. There were scratches on some parts. I'm not sure what it is, but I don't think it will affect how it works. On low settings, the file makes a buzzing noise that annoys my dog. So if you're sensitive to noise, this might not be for you. This E-File is great. I love that it has reverse rotation and you can adjust the speed. The switch on the handle can be easily switched on and off with your finger. It does everything a more expensive electronic file does. I wish I had better drills but for the price I can understand that. They are good for a beginner.

Bought this item about 2 or 3 months ago, used it about 4 times, it worked fine, now the multi position switch doesn't work. Only works in 1 direction.

I had a few weeks with this product before giving an opinion. The efile device itself is a great purchase. However, the drills are all blunt. If this product had better drill bits, it could definitely give you good results.

I bought this kit so my daughters can start learning how to do their own nails. I bought it in December for Christmas 2020 and it is now early February 2021 and it no longer works. I am very upset about this.
