Mismatched parts, unable to assemble, lost $

My product arrived and was initially quite easy to set up. All the pieces connected smoothly until I got to the second side of the middle connection in the rack. The pieces were the wrong size, the wand was too big to fit in the wand below. Thinking I could still put all the pieces together, I pushed to the point where it got stuck and then decided to call Revain customer service. Now that the big pieces were glued together they didn't fit in the box so I couldn't send them back and the best…

Nice Covered Clothes Hanger on Wheels

This is my first purchase of such a roll bar (steel construction with dust cover). The stand is easy to assemble and makes a fairly stable impression. I loaded the shelf with mostly heavy stuff (winter coats and suits) and it doesn't seem overloaded. One area that I think could be improved is the length of the grub screw on the wheel/castor assembly. They seem a bit short. However, cap nuts are only screwed on a few turns. The wheel thread is 0.75 inches long. The tube is almost 1.25 inches wide. Wheels cannot be attached.

I don't speak or write enough Spanish to reply eloquently. The ordering and assembly process went smoothly. However, the wheels that come with this unit have a threaded shank length of about 0.75 inches. The square tube that the threaded rod must pass through is nearly 1.25 inches wide. Overall a good shelf. in wardrobe

I liked the weight and feel of the trunk. Not sure I'd pull on it, but it goes well with suits hanging from it and long jackets. Measurements are accurate, I only had a 1/2 inch tolerance for the space it went in and it worked. As a stand it works perfectly. The directions were straight. There weren't enough wrenches for assembly, but it didn't bother. The bolts coming off the rollers are on the short side, also not a problem but need to be watched in case they come loose.
