Sockets have 1/2 inch drive and are 6 point. All Duo-Socket sockets are marked by both roll stamp and large laser etching on the opposite side. The ratchet included is a 24 tooth quick release. Wobble extension provide 15 degree of deflection and can also be locked straight for normal use. Packaged in blow molded case.

Great socket set. in tool kits

It's really nice to have thin wall sockets and be able to use them with an impact wrench. I also have a 3/8" set that I use all the time. High quality tools.

best sockets - Tools & Equipment

I liked the idea of having thin wall impact sockets. I saw no need for chrome and punch. I've been using them daily in a heavy truck workshop for over a year and they're holding up great.

First tool I bought from this company

Just wanted to know that they also made 12 points before I got this set. But I can't complain because this set is a gem. Also, the ratchet is so stiff that when you put a 4ft bear whistle on it (the bolt was a goddamn son, broke from getting too hot from friction) the whistle bent, key? A little shabby. Happy tourist :)

Will get the job done

I like this set but its size doesn't show out on my socket guides when aligned with the ball. My only other complaint is that I couldn't get all the kits I needed from one supplier so prices varied greatly from one to another. Also I couldn't find those socket only kits so I now have 8 ratchets and extensions although it's good that it hurt my wallet. The upside is that if you want a chrome jack and damper in one, this is your jack for the simple weekend mechanic or repairman.
