My mom decided to wear this tulle skirt as a dress and it looked amazing. It's really long. She wears a small and it still stretches a lot. It was soft and comfortable to wear.

The bottom layer felt like silk and was very soft and smooth to the touch. The tulle just wasn't what I expected and wasn't colored like I expected. It was mottled rather than patterned. The material is comfortable, the skirt has a long train. Overall this is a lovely skirt that can be worn as a belted dress or worn as a skirt. Lots of ways to wear it. I can recommend it, but it's not for me.

I'm really torn on this point. In terms of COST, this is honestly not a terrible find. You really get a lot of tulle for your money here. The tulle is a single layer that is longer at the back in a train that stretches and creates a rather full effect.
