Not what I expected
The bottom layer felt like silk and was very soft and smooth to the touch. The tulle just wasn't what I expected and wasn't colored like I expected. It was mottled rather than patterned. The material is comfortable, the skirt has a long train. Overall this is a lovely skirt that can be worn as a belted dress or worn as a skirt. Lots of ways to wear it. I can recommend it, but it's not for me.
