Frying pan fire! Already fried steaks and beef and pork - it does not stick, with the ability to cook - everything is wonderfully fried. Care is needed. You can't just throw it in the sink at night. You need to clean, dry and apply a bit of oil. Ignite periodically. For strong female pens, it may seem heavy. When heating, take by the handles only with hyom. But in general, 5/5, considering the penny price, I got it for 560 with a discount on bonuses Thank you. I advise.

From the nuances: • Heavy - yes. Like all cast iron cookware. But for the rest of your life. Compared to non-stick, which is rated for 2 years • It is problematic to pick up a square-shaped cover. Not suitable with silicone edging - the rubber melts. • I won't risk putting it on an induction hob. It gets very hot! Ideal for gas stove and barbecue / oven. Definitely recommend!

With its pros: Cast iron. The handle is part of a cast frying pan, that is, you can put it in the oven without thinking if the plastic will burn. Price. Take it, it's normal. Just dry and bake well after the first use. Has some cons: Factory hardening is weak. Rust appeared on the new frying pan after washing. It was decided by cleaning and calcining, as the manufacturer advises, but I did not observe this at all in old Soviet frying pans.
