I love these shoes! and defective

I like the feeling of barefoot, wide toes, comfort without socks. I like the color, I like the look. But look what happened the first time I wore them outside! I have sent an email to the manufacturer. I got an answer, nothing more. I can't return them as they're not my color anymore. Please manufacturer contact me!
