I use this for a do it yourself aeroponics system. I installed it a few weeks ago and the pump is still working. I only used one and the other is a backup. It runs on a timer and typically runs every 30 minutes.

One of the pumps included in the two-piece kit shocks the entire system, sending electricity through the water. Who else has this problem? If everything didn't shake when you turned it on, then there would be a worthy product. Could you send a replacement?

You get what you pay for. I was looking for a cheap pump for a hydroponics experiment while in COV isolation. Install two systems. A system I started 3 weeks ago. This pump has failed. The other still works fine. No response from seller. I will update when I get a response from the seller.

I bought a set of two pumps because if the pump runs for many hours (like in a fountain) it will wear out over time. So I bought 2 packs which will expand my use of the fountain. The pump works beautifully, it's strong, durable and you can control the volume by increasing or decreasing the water flow. That's an idea for the price.

Mixed review, they pump well but they say they are adjustable but none of them actually change as the drive changes into the closed position rotates. Still full of pressure. Maybe mine is just broken. So I uselessly tore off the pressure and flow scale. Pros: Silence has decent pressure for circulation systems. Cons actually not adjustable, can't use adjustable pressure sprayers, rubber feet, can't adjust arthritis pain.

I bought my first set of these pumps and found out the price even if they don't last long they are still pumps that are easy to maintain. The result was so good that I ended up buying another UV sterilizer starter kit. I found that each pump generated a parasitic voltage in turn. I would go through normal water change shock. You get what you pay for. I've used it five or six times to pump water at water changes. The pump worked as advertised with very strong suction and pumping. I was very happy with it. Maybe I didn't use it for its intended purpose as I used it for a water change. Perhaps the constant movement has weakened something. I put my hand in the bucket and was shocked. I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. 2 pumps thrown in a box, no protection and no instructions. That would be a great thing for some, but not for me. I've been looking for a single inlet pump to add a filter since the box filter popped up on the "often bought together" list, but these pumps don't have that option. Bought this water pump for a small carp pond even 2 packs. Wanted another one in case the first one failed and sadly failed. When tending the pond, I was literally shocked when I got in the water. So the pump conducts parasitic voltage into the water. Nothing good in terms of security.
