I like that it is very easy to use, as well has having great reporting capabilities across your organization so you can see what areas are most important for future growth (engagement/retention) - or where opportunities lie ahead of time! It would be helpful if there were more integration options available than just linking in Salesforce data; this could help make our POC faster but also easier when we're not already using SfDCM at work yet have some existing CRMs set up such as Pipedrive etc…
