I like that it provides you with many options when creating your own checkpoints/patrol routes as well as giving recommendations to improve things in areas where there are issues or improvements can be made by looking at statistics from previous patrols! It's also very easy once set up; just plugging information into places makes everything go smoothly without having too much hassle figuring out how each piece works together (and yes they do have tutorials!). The best part about this software has to be how easy it makes scheduling guards with different shifts possible without having someone in charge constantly checking up on everyone's work schedule. There are times where I forget that some people aren't working their scheduled hours but there isn’t much you can do at those points except hope they remember soon enough or get into an argument over who works when.
