Although the M-Force has 23mm lugs, this 24mm Hadley Roma rubber strap fits perfectly. Also great (for black M-Force) with red contrast stitching. So far the quality seems great and the nice (but not overwhelming) vanilla flavor is pretty cool too. A word of caution, if you use this band with thick (2.5mm) spring bars you will be a real bear to squeeze into this band. Passed through plastic strapping in about a year so I went back to rubber. A bit bulky but easy to clean etc.: the tip of the strap does not stay in the strap holders as it is rubber and works freely. Both straps work, and you end up with a dangling end of the strap snagging on things you don't want to move. I am happy with the quality. I would recommend considering my chosen "Cons!".

The strap makes your watch comfortable and you will wear it every day. I would only recommend buying a quality bracelet. Poorly. 1. Very hard.2. I bought these for my Seiko Monster. I really like that they are nice and thick and the stitching is thin and looks great. I would have preferred the strap to be a bit longer. The width of the strap also becomes narrower and thinner at the buckle. I prefer straight straps, but again, this is just a preference. Overall I am very happy and enjoying this strap.
