Description of Huggy Bears HALO Sleepsack: Large, 100% Cotton Wearable Blanket with TOG 0.5

100% Cotton. Imported. SleepSack nestles baby like a soft blanket, without the risk of sleep-related dangers. Used by hospitals nationwide as their swaddle of choice for safe sleep education. “Back is Best” embroidery is a gentle reminder to place baby in the recommended sleep position. Features a 2-way zipper for easy diaper changes and a roomy sack design that’s recognized by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as promoting healthy hip development. Sleeveless design reduces the risk of overheating. Use over regular sleepwear to take the place of loose blankets. Discontinue swaddling when the baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the swaddle wrap.

Best Sleeping Bag Among Portable Duvets

Love these sleeping bags. My daughter has been wearing a Halo sleeping bag since she stopped diapering. She is now 15 months old and is a large size and she still loves it. The material and quality is better than any other sleeping bag I've bought.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Thin

Great sleeping bag. Best baby bedding

I have used Halo sleeping bags for both of my children and still use one for my 1 year old. We live in Florida and the air conditioning is on year round. The size is great and I really like that it's not very thick; This allows you to wear long-sleeved pajamas, even overalls to keep it from overheating.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • boring packaging

Comfy bed suitable for blankets and nappies

This is a very sweet and comfortable weight for nights too warm for a fleece bed. My only complaint is that the zip is at the top, which bothers me more than the zip at the bottom, but that's personal preference. I was surprised because I have another Halo sleeping bag that has a bottom zip and I thought they were all the same.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • No shape required

BEST SLEEP EVER BEST bedding

We love Halo sleeping bags and recommend them again and again. As a mom it's nice to know my son will be warm but it won't cover his face as he rolls over and tumbles into his crib at night. I must add that we have been using it since we got rid of the diaper and now it is associated with sleep. He knows that every night he takes a bath, puts on lotion, changes into pajamas and his "ghost" outfit, and then books and goes to bed. Do yourself a favor and get one!

  • Impressive

Top zip missing - Huggy Bears style

I love Halo sleeping bags and this was the sixth I have ordered since my baby grew up. I was disappointed to find that Huggy Bears' style was flawed. There are not enough zipper pullers to open the zipper from top to bottom. There is only one reverse zipper. All Halo sleeping bags have one top and one bottom, so you can unzip either way. I thought I had just received a defective item but had the same issue with the replacement so be careful when choosing the Huggy Bears style.

Halo of love and this print!

I love Halo sleeping bags. I saw some comments that it's too big. But I think they match their size chart. My baby turned 12 months a few weeks ago and we just switched to a large size but it still fits MEDIUM. I was just thinking he might need a little more leg room because he moves about while he sleeps. They wash really well. I didn't use sleeping bags with my first child, but if we have another I will definitely use Halo. Plus, this print is just adorable! love love love!

  • Nice
Cons
  • Good but not great

Excellent product for bedding

The boy outgrew his other. He probably didn't need it, but this summer's air conditioning made us think it might be a good option. Really no cons. Made from soft cotton. He's sleeveless so we don't have to worry about him getting too hot, we just take his tank top off for the summer. To be honest I see it being used year round in mild climates. And probably 8 months a year in Pennsylvania weather. It has enough legroom so it's not restrictive at all. The only thing not listed is fire…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • not reliable

Well made, durable, comfortable, durable but expensive

Halo sleeping bags are overpriced and overpriced for what they are. BUT it is durable, long lasting, soft and comfortable. I've had Halo sleeping bags since he was born and they've only gotten bigger. 10 month old baby is a crazy kicker and wiggler. He moves like he's running a marathon in his crib when he's supposed to be sleeping. Despite all his nocturnal movements, never had any problems with these sleeping bags. I've tried other brands as well and just switched to Hudson as I can get two…
