Halo sleeping bags are overpriced and overpriced for what they are. BUT it is durable, long lasting, soft and comfortable. I've had Halo sleeping bags since he was born and they've only gotten bigger. 10 month old baby is a crazy kicker and wiggler. He moves like he's running a marathon in his crib when he's supposed to be sleeping. Despite all his nocturnal movements, never had any problems with these sleeping bags. I've tried other brands as well and just switched to Hudson as I can get two for the price of this halo. But the quality of Halo is just so much better. The zipper is of better quality and better positioned, it goes up to the feet which is the best position for a middle of the night diaper change, while other brands have a zipper and have an extra buttoned flap to close the baby's face protection. I think Halo sleeping bags are worth the extra money for the first 6-8 months for the quality and the safety. With bigger babies aged 9-12 months it seems normal to buy cheaper and pay less, but you seem to get what you pay for. My week-long Hudson sleeping bag seems to be ripping at the seams!
