100% Cotton. Imported. SleepSack nestles baby like a soft blanket, without the risk of sleep-related dangers. Used by hospitals nationwide as their swaddle of choice for safe sleep education. “Back is Best” embroidery is a gentle reminder to place baby in the recommended sleep position. Features a 2-way zipper for easy diaper changes and a roomy sack design that’s recognized by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as promoting healthy hip development. Sleeveless design reduces the risk of overheating. Use over regular sleepwear to take the place of loose blankets. Discontinue swaddling when the baby shows signs of rolling over or breaking out of the swaddle wrap.

Great product but massive shoulders on XL?

I have this product in size S, M and recently bought XL. While I really like the S and M (my 18lb five month old is wearing this right now), I bought XL for my almost two year old (27lbs) and what the heck is up with his shoulders? I took one look and knew it would suit me and not my son.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So-so

A great safe alternative to a duvet!

My almost 2 year old doesn't hold a blanket at night and keeps waking up (we think he's catching a cold) I only used sleeping bags when my kids were much younger so I ordered one very much tall and y has about 1-1.5 inches at the bottom for extra room. He wears 2T in all his clothes. It worked great! We love it.

Soft fabric - baby bedding

The fabric is very soft and breathable. My son has neurodermatitis and this tissue doesn't bother him. It's lightweight, which prevents sweating, which also helps with eczema. When I opened it, it seemed very long at first. I can wear it as a knee length dress. But my baby is that long and has about 7 inches of leg room. That means it will take several months!

Reliable and comfortable

Love Halo sleeping bags for my baby. She's been using them since she was a newborn and is now 16 months, I just keep reviewing them. They are very comfortable for her and of good quality including the latest Xtra-L. The thickness of the t-shirt is perfect for the Houston weather, from summer (with air conditioning) to winter (with heating). In colder climates I had to use a thicker sleeping bag.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Some issues

Poor fit Good for kids

This is HUGE. I've read other reviews about how big it is, but I've also read reviews about how roomy it is for it to grow with the child. I'm on the side that it's too big to start with. That's too long for the average two-year-old. The armholes are normal but the blanket is long - extra fabric. Maybe it is more suitable for a five year old child. I originally ordered a size down but it was too short. Halo needs to match dimensions with production. Very disappointing.

The only brand you can buy a sleeping bag from!

I've bought a few other seemingly good sleeping bags from Revain but ended up with this being the only one I felt was the right size and quality for my son. He's a big boy so he needs size XL - I put him on at night when he finally tries to learn how to get out of his crib :) Some others in this size were too short and he couldn't move in his crib . bed very good. He can move this one but stays on it where it doesn't get tangled if that makes sense. Definitely only buy HALO for this type of…

Great solution for climbers!

This sleeping bag has been a lifesaver for us! We used Halo sleeping bags for my daughter all the time, but they stopped using them when it got warmer last summer and she started outgrowing them. Fast forward to about two months ago when she jumped out of her crib. We put the mattress on the floor and it was still trying to get out. We weren't ready for a cot so a friend suggested returning the sleeping bag to limit mobility. We bought the largest size and it is PERFECT. She calls it her "snug"

Brief background: My daughter is almost 2 years old. She is only 3 feet and 30 pounds. One night we heard a loud knocking and crying coming from my daughter's bedroom. She planned to escape from prison, but she had no plans other than to climb over the top. She was fine but we needed a solution as we are not ready to deal with a "big baby" bed with a toddler in the house. Enter Halo SleepSack.Pro: The fabric is pretty soft and I love that it closes. Top (my daughter sometimes plays with the…
