Very cute backpack.

I like the color (grey with brown leather straps). It has external pockets where you can store the things you need most like phone, passport, etc.

Not a backpack, not a good bag

I feel like a fool buying this bag, such a bad design. It categorically does NOT work as a backpack because. the webbing slips and slips (directions are meaningless). It's not a good bag because it's too narrow in the opening compared to the depth so everything falls to the ground. Hate it!

Not quite the backpack I want

Advertised as a backpack but the straps are extremely uncomfortable for normal everyday backpack use. It's literally just a thong, no pats, no thickness. That might be fine for those who just wanted a backpack option, but I wanted a real backpack that I would use every day, with straps that wouldn't dig into my shoulders. This bag is not bad. It's nice, but it's just not what I was looking for.
