DO NOT purchase the product. I ordered one and the zipper broke on the first use. It was very thin. When I requested a refund or exchange, the seller refused and told me to take it to a shoemaker to have the zipper fixed. We buy these items from Revain expecting quality products and service. I have not received any for this item. A complete waste of money.

The bag has signs of genuine handcrafting (what others refer to as "poor stitching" is actually hand stitching, it's not machine made and that's the point. It's durable and should last a lifetime.
