I used this item about 2 hours a week for a month, 15-30 minutes at a time. A month later one of the indicators flashed on/off 3 times and stopped working. The other still works, but the life of the product shouldn't be a single month!

This is CRAZY You must charge BOTH ENDS for both to glow. What the hell? Now you need to find a multi-port USB charging station that ALSO has ports far enough apart to charge both at the same time. Oh sure - I've got it right here on hand! NO. The picture shows ONE doomsday with a USB charger, suggesting that it charges all the stuff. NO! Don't waste your $$$$.

I've been looking for a reading light in bed for a long time. Lit up batteries (accumulators) are scary! It has protective covers on the batteries and the batteries don't sit in the neck. You can use them independently, which increases battery life. You only need one for comfortable reading. The amber light seems to conserve my melatonin, which makes it easier to fall asleep when I turn the light off. I highly recommend this item!
