They are great - Polyester outside and warm fleece inside (comfortable), little pulls on it, pull the drawstring to tighten the waist. I'm about 140 5'5, I have a small size, they fit my figure well

I have 3 pairs of these pants because I love them so much. Plush on the inside, it looks like synthetic on the outside and doesn't pill. They're good enough to wear outside if that's your style, but comfortable enough to wear as pajamas. The pants are a little longer than I would have liked, but overall the pants are great. AND THERE ARE POCKETS.

They are perfect and I will be ordering more colors, to do the rest of my treatments, I wish they were in more colors like purple, orange, red, blue…
