build quality looks ok but it's all plastic. The front of the evaporator is NOT chrome-plated, but has a matte gray finish. For the price it should be made of metal. The actual flow rate is also 1.2 GPM instead of 0.9 as stated in the description.

I have a lot of Hansgrohe products and they are great! I received this body spray and didn't even want to install it because it's a very high price for the performance. It's very light, made of plastic, doesn't look durable and certainly not what you would expect from a product from German designers. I can't rate the working performance because I didn't even feel confident installing it. I'd love to hear from anyone who has them installed and has had them installed for a while!
