We use happy f for our client portals.

The portal itself is ok, however the customer service and support provided by HappyF is poor. Their support staff do not seem to understand what they are talking about and their advice is very general and unhelpful. They also offer free trial of their products which is nice, however they have no way of cancelling the trial once the order has been placed. In addition the website does not appear to be fully tested and bug free. I was hoping that I would receive more help from them as it is so…

Pros
  • It is easy to setup.
  • You can easily add new fields to the dataset through an API.
  • You can export the data out in different formats such as JSON/XML etc.
Cons
  • Limited features
  • Has a confusing UI

Pros
  • They have created very clean and functional web sites and pages.
  • They have also been able to make use of in their work.
Cons
  • The pages weren't really well designed.
  • He took too long to do the work he was given and he seemed to think that because we wanted them to build us a website that we wanted everything done immediately and that included him creating a prototype of what we wanted and then turning around and making changes to our specifications and only showing us what he had produced.
  • His English was poor.
