I have a size 8.5 hat and it fits like a glove. I could see a small man with a small head who didn't like that. There is no clasp to adjust. This is a flexible fit.

W too big to be flexible. not wearable at all. I usually wear S/M flexible fit baseball caps. A very thick hat that sticks high on my head. Just too big in every way. I'll return as soon as possible.

I am very disappointed to see that the back and sides of the hat are made of cheap plastic mesh. I bought the original hoping I would get the same quality, when I placed my second order it was the same fabric as the front of the hat, unheard of for a Harley Davidson.

Looks cheaply made. Like a fake Harley hat. When I received it it was crushed resulting in the top of the hat being ruined. Constant. Then it was too big. I usually used M/L which was about an inch too big. I was so excited I passed out just 2 seconds after opening the package.

I've ordered SEVERAL HD caps in the past and I really wanted this cap the most but to my disappointment it was some "flex fit" crap and too big for my head. I ended up giving it away and we all know HD stuff doesn't come cheap. I ordered 6 hats, 3 skullcaps, 1 rag and belt that day but was really disappointed with this hat set. My helmet size is usually small and sometimes very small. So if yours is basically the same size, don't worry about this hat.

I bought this hat after reading many reviews that the size fits everyone but for many people who bought this hat it is too big. I was hesitant to buy it because I think my own head is smaller in diameter, but I bought it anyway. The hat fit perfectly. It wasn't too big, but not too narrow either. This material makes the hat lighter than most hats. It is also a highly breathable material suitable for hot weather. I highly recommend this purchase as I love the design and high build quality.

I read the negative reviews and was scared to buy this cap but I'm pretty picky when it comes to my baseball caps so I bought it anyway because I obviously really liked it. Using a dressmaker's tape, I measured about an inch above the brow line where the elastic usually sits, and I'm 21 1/2 inches or about 54 1/2 cm tall. Out of the box it sat flat on my head, but just enough not to wobble when I moved my head from side to side or back and forth, so I figure my head size is the bare minimum…
