large thread; comparable to Prusament

I have seen others print this filament on a roll in the expected temperature range (180-210°C) but I have the default Prusa settings (for her own filament) not changed "Prusament", which is set to a nozzle temperature of 215˚C and a bed of 60˚C) and I used 3 kg, now I'm printing fine. It's best, as with any new filament, to print out a calibration test to see how your environment affects the ideal filament parameters. I can only compare this thread to Prusament but I find this thread to be just

Nothing But Clogs: Additive Manufacturing Products

I tried using this filament repeatedly, but it immediately clogged the nozzle without even clogging through the initial nozzle shock. I kept unclogging and trying again until the nozzle eventually became unusable and I had to replace the nozzle. It is also extremely fragile, breaking three times when trying to load it into a Bowden tube. Hatchbox support said it looks like the thread got corrupted during the transfer or something. Basically it was completely unusable, damaging the nozzle and…

Not worth the hassle

Only buy this filament if you really need something that looks like a rock. I managed to get a successful print and to be honest it looked great. It has the same properties as PLA but is very brittle. Just a few days after removing it from the vacuum bag, my extruder motor refused to push the filament through, even when the filament was at least slightly taut. The gears were grinding the filament and would no longer be pushed through. When the filament reached the nozzle, then with some sharp…
