Fantastic Customer Service, Excellent Results

The whole process is very transparent - they made it easy to understand from start till end which was great! Their customer service team were always available if I had any questions or feedback about my project before finalising them as well after delivery (which happened once). Everything turned out perfect according their design brief so no issues at all there :D Highly recommended!! They have been doing amazing work since day one of our relationship!! Would love more samples/design comps…

Very happy with how our relationship is going-looking forward to our next project

Their approach to working closely as partners means they have great empathy when it comes their designs - both of people (and cats) but also how things work within websites/social media platforms like Facebook etc which all needs careful consideration! I'm really enjoying our relationship so far; very happy about where this is going-we're developing new ideas almost daily now too!! There was an initial period whilst setting up my profile during 'launch' week before Christmas 2018 were there…

Very knowledgeable, easy going and flexible

I worked closely alongside Hansa to create my own personal website which is now online! They were always very helpful throughout our process as well as when it came time to launch - they have been great at keeping me updated every step of the way. The best part about working with them was how engaged their team members where (both past employees). It felt like an all-around win/win situation from beginning till end. We haven't had any issues or complaints thus far but if there ever comes up…
