The second time I got needles that are packed in one size, but the needles are one size smaller. A bag of 14rl with a 11rl needle, 9rl is 7rl etc. I didn't put much stock in it the first time because it's good needles, but buying more and it happens again becomes extremely inconvenient. While this is not the seller's fault, it is a manufacturing issue that needs to be addressed. Excellent needles again, but check the measurements.
