I left my cat for the first time in 4 years. She normally travels everywhere with me but I was going out of town for 24hrs and didn’t feel like stressing her out for such a short time. This feeder was great because it tracked all her feedings. The portion size is great and I like the battery power feature.

Overall it’s a great product , super easy to install and use. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the portions it dispenses are so small you have to ensure to click a few times for it to drop enough food for medium to large size dogs.But overall it’s great ! I love it allows for a recorded message and plays everyone it drops food .

Because of previous reviews I persevered and did get feeder connected to my iPhone, but setting portions for one cat with finicky stomach has been difficult. Directions are in tiny print and when setting schedule the feed number was confusing. Did it mean the first, second, third feeding of day with corresponding time or as I finally have decided, it may mean how many pets are being fed. Purchased for a week long trip to make feeding easier on the pet sitters. The camera is higher up, so don't expect to see what is left in the bowl. App is easy to use for the most part. Notifications alert you when scheduled feeding is dispensed, you can check if your pet is eating. Camera is good quality.

I really wanted to like this Wi-Fi pet feeder. Everything works great but it will not connect to Alexa. Alexa does not see it as a new device. I tried the HBN app and the smart life app to no avail. The description specifically states it connects with Alexa. That is NOT a true statement.Customer service was very responsive and timely. My cats are getting 3x the amount I programmed in, so that's frustrating for sure. I don't know how to fix it, and can't change it because it's already programmed at 1 serving. If that wasn't an issue this would be perfect.

I ordered because the voice and Alexa support but it very limited function for Alexa to control. Customer Support is really proactive to make every customer happy, sending me a new one to evaluate, so like I tell my friends don’t give up on a product until you see how the support is, I have to say their support is at least 4-4.5 star. I got one of these a few months ago based on the reviews I'd seen. They were spot on in terms of having the camera. It's ideal to see which of your pets is eating.My only issue is with this second one I just bought. It keeps shutting off the schedule and I keep having to turn it back on. I have 2 of these and one works great and the other keeps shutting off the schedule.If that schedule issue didn't happen it would be 5 stars.

The packet of dehumidifier was not included but that's a minor issue. Otherwise the device is great, no problems setting it up and the app provides enough features to make feeding time successful. One issue with the app is it does not seem to allow for deleting any feeding time once it's set. Just annoying but not a game stopper. My cat waits for the food sometimes!

Where do I even start. Don’t buy this. I just spend 40 minutes setting this up. Downloading an app. Making an account. Filling the feeder and first thing it does? Jam. I measured my dogs food. Waaay below that 10mm. Still a jam.

Omgosh, I love this cat feeder so much it makes feeding multiple cats a lot easier! We were out of town and we’re able to look at the camera and call our cats to eat. They actually came when we called and we were so happy! Would recommend.

The product was good, it looks pretty to me. The food was automatically and that save me a lot of time. Also the quality was good.

We have two dogs, one feeder is great-one feeder non stop jams leaving one dog hungry! We really wish they both worked like the one that doesn’t jam bc it’s really great. Bummer that one is not working with the timers, but will feed with manual feed!
