The quality of the sandpaper used does not allow the work to be done. It is better to buy cereal by the piece at a hardware store and do the work manually.

This product is good but does not include polish or lens protection after you have restored your headlights. This will return the yellowing. Now I use them as an addition to a full set - look at the entire armor product - much more complete. Also according to instructions.

We just bought PT for my daughter. The dealer tried to clean the headlights. they made it worse. It took me 3 times for sanding and buffing but I had no problems with the kit. I'm 70 and it was easy to use, the result was excellent. I like having things to use in takes. So I don't have to wait for him to do it.

Works great at $12.99! Sandpaper is not very strong, especially with a higher grit. Maybe add a few headlights and taillights and you're done. The 3M paper is much better but for the price I can't complain. It was very easy to use. I don't understand the people complaining about the disorientation!? Start with lower grit numbers and work your way up, then buff with a foam pad. I recommend using UV film after everything has been done to prevent fading e.g. B. 3M Vivid Clear Film.

Overall ideal for restoring badly clouded headlights. Multiple levels of grit make the surface really smooth. However, there are no instructions, so anyone who hasn't done this with other brands doesn't know what to do. Also, the 1000, 2000, and 3000 grit ledges broke off the base during use. Good price and good grit selection. Unfortunately this kit is enough for two or two cars, but mine was only enough for one car. While the p320 to p800 grit will last several times longer, the smaller p1000, p2000 and p3000 will barely survive the job. You can see before, during and after photos. The after.after photo (which I didn't take) looks even better after spraying it with soapy water and rinsing it off with clean water. I just used the polishing pad from this kit and rebuilt the Chemical Guys headlight.
