Outstanding headset. If you look at Oculus' original headset strap, you'll see that it has a flush tension adjustment knob and a separate piece of rubber that sits independently from the plastic at the back of the head, just like this strap.

Super comfortable and good quality. Higher than I thought for the price. It's hard, but perfectly balances the quest. It's all balanced and actually feels a lot better on my neck. The tightening/loosening dial is very durable and the adjustment is convenient. Definitely 5 stars. love it

I've only used it once so far but so far so good. Looks pretty high quality. The only thing alarming is that the adjustment knob is a little flimsy. There is no weakness when turning, when it clicks to tighten it is audible. It also makes a noise when you go to detach it, which I'm not sure it should. I have used and tried many different headbands from halo bands, elite bands, deluxe audio bands and other cheap aftermarket bands sold here. I can honestly say that for the money this strap is way better than almost all others. The only other strap that gives it some competition in looks, comfort, practicality and durability is the Htc Deluxe audio strap, but even this headset is almost two years old and has finally given up (a few plastic teeth broke off in the rotating gear) .
