Wrong size in the description. That's not 12x20. I only noticed 10x20 after install and bad quality. Very disappointing

Just had to cover the pool for 3 days. It's about a foot and a half smaller and should be sturdy, but it's not very cheaply made.

When I unfolded this tarp, some of the fabric taped along the fold lines; and when I took it apart, holes appeared in it. I can mask it off, but this tarp is brand new! It doesn't need to be corrected right out of the box!

Don't waste your money go to your local warehouse or Lowes store this product is paper thin I believe based on the description this product could of better be quality. Boy was I ripped off! This product is very paper thin. Save money and head to your local hardware store. So disappointed.

This tarp is not worth the money! The grommets came out of the tarp first, and then the stitching went straight down the sides. He was thrown up by a light wind even though he was securely tied. As soon as the seams separated, the tarp began tearing off most of the corner. I have a blue tarp that handles the weather better. Very disappointed!

We planned to use this to keep our stuff dry in the trailer for the upcoming trip before I could even attach the bungee or ratchet strap, the grommet ripped right off the fabric. As mentioned in other reviews, this fabric can claim 10 mils but is far from durable. It is easily punctured and the quality of the tarpaulin thread varies in many areas. Save your money and go to Home Depot.

We use this product as a protective layer over the carpet in our living room in a very large dog run while we potter two puppies. It has withstood the sharp claws of two Labrador puppies for weeks without a prick or tear and the carpet stays clean and dry! The 20 mil thickness was critical to withstanding such heavy use and abuse. I am happy with my purchase. It was great quality (great quality at a competitive price) and worked well for my application.

Have ordered several times and have generally been very happy with the quality and thickness of the tarpaulin. We used one to protect the roof from the rain and it works so well my husband told me he needed the smaller size for camping. who are expected to give away in a given chain of cargo imports. If you get the right brand (it should say "Xpose" on the box) I think you'll be happy.

Used to drag leaves and sticks. In just 2 days of work, maybe 10 times or less, it's already full of holes, one of them the size of a fist and the rest smaller. I really expected better. I used to buy a 5 mil tarp and it actually held up better than this. I guess I should have gone 15 million.
