an edition on carts

The trolleys are well made and durable I think they have a design flaw The nuts and bolts that you use to attach the rollers are located right where the rim of the 30 gallon plastic barrel would sit Bolt heads and Hex nuts have sharp edges, and I'm sure the heavy weight of a loaded barrel sitting on a sharp edge will pose a problem for a short while to make the effort if a little better design would have fixed the problem.

Bolts too long on trucks

The bolts are too long and impede the movement of the wheel. So I swapped the bolts and now the wheels move freely as intended. My pot bottom diameter is smaller than the carriage diameter, so my pot still fits even though the ends of the screws stick out in the carriage. Please keep this in mind when measuring the pots to fit the trolley exactly. Also, the screws are almost impossible to hand tighten because they are nylon coated on one end, making it difficult to screw past a certain point…

Screws that are too long are best used in carts

I am very disappointed in the design of this product. The screws are too long to install as shown in the pictures (with the hex part of the screw on top). The length interferes with the free rotation of the casters, making the cart virtually unusable without adjustment. Installing the screws the other way doesn't make sense as they stick out where the barrel should sit. You can do this for the two outer studs, but the rollers still won't spin freely because of the other two. Why doesn't the…

One problem - material handling products

Carts are well made and strong. I think they have a design flaw. The nuts and bolts that you use to attach the casters are located right where the rim of a 30 gallon plastic drum would sit. Both the bolt heads and hex nuts have sharp edges and I'm sure the heavy weight of a loaded barrel sitting on a sharp edge will be a problem for a short time.
