Pauldrons: Canvas and Ribbons

Great addition to my Rogue High Bar squat bar. Use them for all types of core strengthening exercises, from leg raises to torso twists. A really good buy and a must have for any home gym.

The best abdominal belts available

Great product, durable these things certainly won't break. I didn't like spending $90 on ab bands, but I feel like ab exercises pay off in the long run.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • So so

Top notch spud - ratchet

These straps can last a house and are built to last a lifetime. Spud is one of the top brands and definitely worth the highest price. These are not cheap flimsy waist belts! Highly recommend, especially for those serious about setting up a garage gym.

Pros
  • Decent performance

Uneven Tension Straps

I loved these straps because I have other woven straps. However, as you can see from the picture, the straps I have are uneven so it is very difficult to exercise with them when pushed back a few inches. I'm sure this doesn't happen often and I'm hoping the manufacturer can send me a replacement.

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Useless Features

Great tool: tarp and straps

I tore my right shoulder a year ago and for the first few months I could barely lift it over my head. Ab straps allow me to get my hips and abs a good workout without hanging like a dead body while developing shoulder mobility and rehabilitation. Really remodeled. This is another fantastic product from Spud. I have no problem with him scratching me. This can be avoided by moving them towards the elbow about an inch. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Empty

Just take them, they are the best.

I've read a lot of reviews about other brands. I even ordered a few others and sent them back before I bought this one. These Spud Heavy Duty Press Suspension Straps might seem a little over the top, but they're perfect. They won't dig into your hand, they will NEVER fall apart, curl or have the issues often mentioned in reviews of other brands. Yes, they are a little more expensive, but you won't regret this one-time purchase of waist belts. In a nutshell. Just get them.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not satisfied with everything

Sharp edges work best for tarps and anchors

Melted edges along the top of the webbing will remain rough and sharp. I cut myself the first time I tried them. That's just laziness on SPUD's part. These are good straps and will last forever if I don't leave them in the sun. No matter how much they cost, they had to spend time finishing the edges, I finished them myself with sandpaper and a file. Now they are useful and do not cause cuts. Very poor quality control. Raw edges and cuts are the reason for the 3 stars.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Minor issues

High quality, durable ab bands

Through trial and error, I've developed a method for effective hanging leg raises using the bent-knee variation, which I prefer because it's the opposite. squats. It involves using a pair of "iron boots" (google it) with a barbell, an Ironmaster plate (they're square so you can stand on them if you need to), a bench, a box squat platform, and of course, belts for the press. This "lift" has so much power potential that it's unrealistic - and I feel like there's a real benefit and carryover to…

Pros
  • Easy to use
