Arrived, installed, put in the water and several buttons (zoom + and - and VIEW) didn't work. Sent it back to Humminbird and they fixed it, noting that a few buttons were "stuck". Good picture right out of the box when paired with an Ultrex Mega trolling motor. Be sure to follow the wiring recommendations. This product name says CHO (control head only). This is usually an option for those just looking for GPS capabilities and can get images from A) a built in trolling motor like the Ultrex. B) Using the image by the network device and its sensor.
