I liked that we could easily communicate with our team members regarding any issues or concerns they have while working for us via email messages in real time - as if you work directly together at their office desk! I like that it can be used as an internal or external communication tool for my teams to reach out with one click via email. Also there are some great features if you'd want more than just a simple chat board; scheduling meetings etc. There seems to have been some recent updates which has made things buggy at times though so best not to use during peak periods! It would definitely need some work in terms of usability but this could improve over time too. Have started using this internally since
