They were small and I made the mistake of buying them to make hot chocolate bombs. I failed miserably. I haven't had much luck making ice cream out of bowls of spilled water either.

This product makes it easy to create perfectly clear, diamond-shaped ice cubes for your drinks. I wish there were 4 at a time, but you can craft and store these cubes ahead of your party. Fill and place in the freezer for about 22-24 hours. Too simple!

It is easy to use. Of course, reading the instructions for the first time was difficult because, as far as I remember, they are voiced. But very easy to get. I didn't have a problem, but I could have seen it if someone else hadn't taken out the "cubes" in time.

The spherical ice cube tray is very difficult to fill. I rarely get actual orbs, but when I do, they look cool. The square is easier to fill but harder to remove (they get stuck) and sometimes the square doesn't fit. Although the large size is good. I've had good quality trays that are simply better than these.

Shapes are not clear, they are transparent due to the idea of a submerged shape. However, the tips of the diamonds break when removed from the foam body. In addition, after freezing, the remaining piece of ice at the bottom of the mold allows several hours to thaw before reuse and at least 24 hours to freeze in the -4° freezer.

The idea was good, but something was lacking in execution. I liked that it's two trays in one, but the square shape doesn't have a lid and the spherical shape is awkward to use. I made a mess trying to fill it in and the top started to come out meaning I had less than perfect ice cubes too.

Bought for my husband he has round balls thought it would be interesting to try diamonds. You are wonderful. Makes 2 clear diamond ice cubes. They take up some space in the freezer and are a bit difficult to pull out of the shell once frozen. Usually one person holds the container while the other person pulls it out. We love her. Definitely recommend and buy again.

Really cool product, perfect cocktail and whiskey tray! Exactly what I need. They work well in whiskey and cocktails to keep the ice from melting as quickly. I also plan to use them for other frozen foods including making candies, freezing broths, popsicles, freezing herbs and more. It's also very easy to release, just gently press on the back of the mold. Very beautiful!
