Great tool to assist internal teams and outsourced services

I've been using helpful for about 2 years now, during which time we have used it in various capacities including customer service/support as well as marketing (creating content). It's easy enough that our support staff can share their knowledge with each other without needing training or additional tools from Helpful! The only thing is sometimes you get stuck waiting around when trying out new features - but this isn't always an issue since they are constantly updating things so there will be…

Pros
  • You could easily do all your own research via Google search to pull up info such as how many users Facebook has at any given moment along side information like monthly active user count just off Instagram too? Plus if anything goes wrong Support team members respond very quickly and fix issues pretty much immediately most often even before posting here..all good!! Love knowing everything works great because nothing ever breaks down unexpectedly.and not having problems really helps me sleep soundly :P So

Helps employees bond without being cooped up inside

I like that it allows me to do my job, but also have fun with people too! It's so motivating when you see other workers doing something awesome/funny etc.. The only thing is sometimes there are glitches or problems during certain activities which can be frustrating especially if you're working from home and want to keep working remotely as well.
