Comfortable: riding gloves

I have been wearing these gloves for over ten years now. They are easy to wear when trail riding from early spring to late fall. And they hold.

Ideal for dressage.

Very nice if you're on a budget. I can't wait to use it in my dressage show. Update: Worked great for my dressage lessons. Very comfortable and stayed with no problems. Light and well made.

Very comfortable, feels nice

I love this glove - it's light weight and stretches nicely with just enough palm/finger grip to keep the rein under control. It's light enough that I can wear it during the southern US summer heat without melting. and inexpensive enough that I could use it for oven mitts and barn work. I highly recommend it.

These are excellent gloves. They fit well in my hand and .

Excellent gloves. They fit my arm perfectly and are the expected size. You've already prevented a few blisters. They have extra fabric where the reins meet to prevent chafing and wear. They require some wear and are initially stiff. They keep my hands warm even in cold weather, despite having poor thermal insulation. They are easy to clean. The only criticism is that the stitching is a little thick so you can sometimes feel it.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Retrofittable

My favorite riding gloves

Light gloves that you can feel! I live in the desert and I'm in dire need of a lightweight glove. They look good and fit snug so consider going up a size. They have good grip, protect against rope burns and you can still feel the buckles and reins through the glove. I deducted a star for unreliability, after 8 months of use I had a small hole on the tip of my index finger. BUT what can you expect from a lightweight breathable material compared to leather. I've also used them for more than just…

Great glove! - Other sports

I like these gloves because they offer enough flexibility so my hands don't feel stiff while driving, they are warm enough and I don't need winter gloves (lowest temp ever 17F while I was using them and they were great) and they are cool enough not to make my hands sweat when it was warmer. What I like best is that between the pinky and the wedding ring and on the outside of the index finger are these "grip" things. Although the handles are made out of some kind of rubber, they are very soft…

  • Great for outdoor activities

Comfortable gloves that allow you to do most things without taking them off.

I like to use these gloves for everyday use in the stable or at home in the cold or during the day. I keep 1 dedicated pair of drivers and 1 unassigned pair of drivers for ease of use and cleanliness. These gloves are the closest to my fingertips and allow me to do most of the housework without putting them on and off. I was even able to figure out how to press a few icon keys on my ipad while wearing them and it worked, although not always. For me they offer a light compression which also…
