It's a nice little case but it's too narrow which means you have to push it almost inside the case to close it. My recorder stays in the studio most of the time, but if I had to travel with it every day I'd throw away this case and get another one.

Great case, although not a true "hard case", it takes a lot of force to crush it. Protects well from falls, spills, tossing in a bag or case with other gear. Nice fabric, just the right size for the Zoom H1, and all at a good price.

In general, the case is of good quality in terms of value for money. The zippers close smoothly, unlike many cheap no-name cases. I'm taking off one star because I didn't really like the fit, it seemed a bit loose, especially when you're not putting anything else in your pocket. That. This is a great addition to your Zoom H1 - fits freely on the Zoom H1 giving you a bit more room for accessories like the Aspen belt clip (although I wouldn't recommend that to get). This case is so narrow for the Zoom H1n that I'm afraid of damaging the microphone. So I can return it, I'll take a closer look at it tomorrow. UPDATE: I sent it back. It was developed for the Zoom H1, it even says so on the packaging. I suspect the H1n is slightly longer because it was so tight in the case that it left little intention in it. I didn't even realize you got two when ordering, but this turned out to be perfect for my use case. Pros: Fits my Zoom H1n with no clearance issues. These are amazing cases. They're good for what they're designed for AND a lot of other things (I put small bits of camera gear in them).
