I tried this product based on the reviews. I'm so glad I did. I have dry eyes due to Sjogren's Syndrome, I use both prescription and over-the-counter drops and ointments to treat it. I used this in combination with "OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Plus, Pre-Moistened Pads” so not sure who gets more treatment benefits. I know the pads were the more soothing of the two, but the spray contains hypochlorous acid so I recommend both if you have an infection. I had a terrible eye infection.
