Great Price - Good Quality

This is a quality coaxial centering indicator. This is the same number as other sellers for $20 more. I only used this to center my turntable. Worked great. Within minutes I got a table with a precision of 0.0005 or less. I would highly recommend this product and the price is way better than anywhere else I've found on sale. Shars is now selling the same indicator for $64.00 + shipping. This may not do the job of a $400 indicator, but it will give you an accuracy within 0.0005 quickly and…

The thinnest Chinese

He is very well built. Has a little wobble when it rotates but I mean maybe 1/20th of a division on the dial. This is very small and not a problem. The grub screw that keeps the buttons clean engages the very first button with almost no effort. The internal threads on the device are fine - they are made of slightly hardened steel. The screw itself is metal and immediately lost its thread. I ended up drilling and retapping the internal threads to 6-32 and using the screw from the outlet cap. Now

Not sensitive. suitable for measuring dimensions

Media could not be loaded. I was hoping to use this to identify the cylinders when installed on my lathe, but a quick test showed that would not be the case, so I would have to send them back. In the video I have attached a standard piece of brass where you can see the rough surface of the shank and even a cheap dial indicator with a runout of 0.003+. I know the longer the lever used on the coax the less deflection it shows, but on a medium length lever it doesn't register even 0.003 runout…
