Quality construction, very accurate

Ideal for measuring paper thickness. Packed in a nice sturdy box with foam. Good workmanship, excellent value for money.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

I guess they really don't make them like they used to

Extremely inaccurate, seem cheap, difficult to use - and I've been using them in one form or another for over 30 years . I think they really don't make them like they used to. And I hate that saying!

Pros
  • Test, measure and verify
Cons
  • Not sure

Not as accurate as I need it to be

Although I used a similar model to measure paper thickness in my print shop many years ago, I found I could no longer use something with this accuracy. I needed something easier to read and more accurate.

Pros
  • Gauges
Cons
  • No Automatic
