HHIP 3900 4717 Collet 16 1 1 Capacity Review

I found a fantastic collet that suits my industrial and scientific workholding needs. Based on my observations, this collet offers sturdy construction and high accuracy, which is crucial for my precision machining work. It also fits my CNC machine perfectly, ensuring a quick and effortless installation process. The only downside is that the collet's price is slightly higher than some of its competitors, but given its quality, I think it's worth the investment.

Used up to 0.008 inch and after 10 reinstallations the wear did not appear again. The declared properties were 0.0005. It was returned with no problems so the seller is good and honest.

Now that I finally had the opportunity to put it on my lathe I needed to make a base. Runout is 0.007 greater at the nose. The repeatability isn't the best, but it might be the colets I'm using that are making the problem worse. If I had paid the current price it would have been returned but as it was under 100.00 when I received it I will work with it.
