I needed this to hold my dial indicator and this.

I needed these to hold a dial indicator but they didn't fit. Luckily I had another one that came with a set of test indicators.

Needs little work

I needed this universal dial indicator swivel for one of the many dial indicator sets that are used primarily on my mill. The pin/puff part has a slightly different geometry, making it very difficult to use for US measured 0.250" / 0.375" shaft diameters. If the shaft is placed separately in the clamp, it clamps very well, but it becomes very sensitive when both shaft diameters are mounted and tightened. I managed to do it initially by simply putting a washer between the knurled nut and sprag…
