The edges are not properly sharpened.

Cutting edges as delivered are chipped and very rough. Looks like they sharpened it with a very aggressive grit stone. The spiral looks great, but the flat edges are unsuitable for my needs. I would not recommend this product. waste of money.

Pros
  • center cutting edge
Cons
  • drill bit package

Milling cutter suitable for cutting tools

Works perfectly. They burn out quickly and are not suitable for most standard routers. FYI, I was thinking of a lower receiver.

Pros
  • For light to medium material removal and better surface finish on steels and steel alloys
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Doesn't work for me.

I bought two of these tools for aluminum machining. They cut pretty well, but both make a deafening squeak every time I try to move the piece to the side. It doesn't matter if I tried to cut .010 or .050.

Pros
  • For profiling, shoulder milling and finishing
Cons
  • Some errors

Chinese cheese steel, typical quality.

This is a standard Chinese cheese. I checked them under a 40x microscope. They look like they were made on a manual cutting machine and then just tossed in the bin. All cutting edges are slightly serrated, and there were even burrs on the corners of the cutting teeth, as can be seen in the photo. For comparison, I've added a photo of a new American-made vinyl cutter. At the same time, they are sharper than other Chinese knives I've bought before. But.

Pros
  • Hard ground
Cons
  • Some little things
