These shapes are twice as thick as I expected. Thin white china is misleading as my others are more refined and thin and could be considered fine china. I could go to Walmart and shop better.

Lol but I was definitely able to bake pies that tasted good. Thanks to these casserole dishes. They look like ceramic, which can make them brittle, but they can withstand the heat of an oven well. So far so good, only used a few times. I'm looking forward to new cakes for the holidays and I hope my siblings don't get bored.

The molds themselves seem good but I'm furious that they arrived with a permanently affixed sticker *inside* each one. It took three people, olive oil, steel wool, and lots of dish soap to get the stickiness good enough for me to use when I'd already made the dough to enter it on an optimistic guess. that they came out of the box and needed rinsing, if at all.

I have other sized HIC molds and am happy with their performance. I ordered these 14 ounce soufflés and they were exactly the size I was looking for. I used them for making custom shepherd's pies as well as chicken pies. They waited until they cooled and solidified. Since there are 6, that means 3 nights "Dinner for Two", ready to thaw and warm up. They are also very easy to clean and fold up nicely.

I have mixed feelings about the order due to conflicting reviews. These are great shapes, they were packaged securely and the stickers peeled off easily. The perfect 14 oz size for custom cakes, soufflés or ice cream slabs. They were packed in a box separated by partitions and in another box with no slack. I like the size of these items. They are simple but correct. My problem with them is that they are shipped as if they were broken on purpose. Stacked six on top of each other with just a piece of cardboard between them. You can't just force them to replace a broken number. All you can do is send them back and get a refund. One arrived with a crack on the inside of the bowl so I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I made some large chicken pies out of this, which were more than enough to feed the family.
