Worked great! in Clock Movements

I made this clock out of the head of a wine barrel. I spent a lot of time burning wood and carving vines and wanted the movement to fit and work well. I wasn't sure if that would work due to the size. But he keeps time for the last year and it's quiet! I love how it turned out and had a ton of additions to it! Everyone wanted to know how my watch works.

Relatively easy replacement

I used this replacement clock to replace a 24" wall clock Seems to be working fine after a week of use. The process is quite simple although the instructions are not specific enough and require some thought. I had to use the hands that came with the kit as the existing hands did not fit the new movement. The new arms were slightly longer and thinner than my original ones, but I was able to get them to work.

Nice, quiet, high torque, watch. Well!

Ok I wanted a quiet high torque mechanism to find play! It was good with a deep shaft! I was worried it would be one of those loud ticking bellows because the description didn't say it would be quiet so I thought it would be loud but no it's very quiet! Hardly any ticking, I only hear it when I try to listen, but not loud at all! The month works fine! It got stuck on the long minute hand at first, but that's my fault. Once straightened, it's perfect! Third parties bought failed hands to replace

Missing Hardware Parts

I contacted the carrier and asked for a full set of parts. The items listed were missing from the package I received. I was also a little confused by their drawings showing the hour ring, minute ring and seconds ring. It wasn't clear if the plastic part of the watch ring should be removed. If it's not removable (at least I couldn't remove it) then the hands were too close together and got tangled.
