Great case for Pi4!

Great case for the money. The height of the case allows you to use different hats on the Pi. The only issue I have is heat: if you use an active cooling system (e.g. a fan) it restricts airflow. I've seen an average of 10 degrees higher temperatures from the top of the case. The easiest solution is to remove the lid, but that's my only complaint!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Unique case :)

I think this is the only case available that supports adding the hat to the raspberry pi. But it would be better to include screws to hold the raspberry with the hat together. Even with a broken side. We need to smooth the edges with a file.

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Fits

Almost perfect for computer components

Very good case. RPi 4 and HiFi Berry DAC are a perfect match. The assembly was very easy. I like the plastic housing because it doesn't interfere with WiFi reception. The only thing that bothers me is the seal on the lid. It looks nice and discreet, but if you use the wall-mounting holes on the bottom of the case, the print on the lid is upside down. The only downside to the product is purely cosmetic and is only noticeable when mounted on the wall.

Pros
  • Many fit
Cons
  • Protection

Will not fit Pi4 or Pi3

Really need a big case for this project. This would be ideal if for some reason the side HDMI Micro 1 and 2 ports weren't replaced with a regular HDMI port. The two microports don't fit into the cutout. So this is a Pi4 case with a cut out for the Pi3 component so both won't fit. A complete waste of money.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Do not buy. RPi is not suitable!

Look closely at the picture. Holes at the end of the case show large holes on the left and smaller ones on the right. The RPi has a network connector on the left and USB on the right. The pay will never come. Please note that this is not just a photographer's error. The two cases I got just don't work.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Socket required

Shows non-working ports

I was very happy to get a decent case for my rpi 4 and hifiberry dac+ pro. But this was not the case. What should have been an easy install required me to cut and sand the nylon pins holding my Hifiberry HAT to the circuit board as they got in the way of the clips holding the rpi in the case. When I finished and plugged everything in, the HDMI cable didn't pick up a signal and the power cord popped out if I moved the Pi even a few inches, suggesting that the thickness of the case was…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Nothing here

  • Suitable for all types of hats. Whether you use a regular Pi4 board or upgrade it to the max, the HighPi case protects your Pi. The spacious interior allows the use of HATs, patch panels or heatsinks. Air vents on three sides serve as pass-through cable connectors for GPIOs and whatever else you need to connect. Supports PI POE Hat, HiFiBerry Hat, Serial Hat, UPS HAT and more!

Does not work with HifiBerry DAC+ADC. 😩

I have already purchased several of these cases for other projects. In this case I bought a Raspberry Pi 4 case with a HifiBerry DAC + ADC. As you can see the DAC does not work with this hat. I had to make a notch on my dremel to fit the board. Not only did it not work properly, but there is a very large gap where you have to punch through the side of the box. I can't believe I paid $18 for this thing. I expect a project like this will have a DIY aspect to it, but it should come with a price…

Pros
  • High quality ABS plastic case designed and made in Canada. Large internal volume for HATs, patch cards or heat sinks. 4, Anti-fingerprint, matte finish
Cons
  • Approximately
